Participants in the Digital Dons laptop loan program are required to sign a form agreeing to the terms and conditions of the program. Students that continue to meet eligibility requirements may renew their loan by completing the agreement form for the upcoming term. Forms can be turned in at the Student Help Desk located in Academic Computing Center (ACC) A-106 .
Laptop Loan Agreement Form is available in person during laptop checkout.
1. What you will need
Have your Student ID Card ready.
2. Sign the Virtual Form
At the Digital Dons, you will be asked to sign a virtual form.
Make sure you have your Self-Service login information ready.
This includes:
Email: Example - ch37797@student.sac.edu or [yourusername]@student.sac.edu
Password: Your password is set to your birthday in the following format: Example: If your birthday is April 6, 1990, your password will be: Apr061990
If you have damaged or lost a laptop fill out the form below and return it to the Digital Dons Student Helpdesk in A-106 to meet about damaged loan:
