| ADD/DROP FORM | Submit an Add/Drop Form only if you have already turned in an Original Certification Request Form and then make changes to your classes. This form is required anytime you add or drop a class, even if it’s the same course but the class format, start date, or end date has changed.

| GUEST CERTIFICATION REQUEST FORM
| Non–Santa Ana College students must submit a Certification Request Form. This form allows students whose parent institution is not SAC to initiate the certification process for courses taken at Santa Ana College so that they may be applied toward their academic program at their parent school and increase their enrollment status.

| PRIORITY REGISTRATION REQUEST FORM
| Priority registration is available to active members of the U.S. Armed Forces, veterans who have been discharged within the past 15 years, and veterans or dependents using VA education benefits.

| VRC Book Loan
| This zero-interest loan is designed to help eligible students purchase required textbooks for certified courses while waiting for VA education benefit payments. Students must provide a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or proof of current benefits, and VSSSP/VUB application (if applicable for veterans). |

Parent School Letter Approval (Available in the VRC) |
For students requesting certification for payment at another institution while concurrently at SAC. SAC will be the parent school. Bring this form to your SAC counselor along with a copy of your most current educational plan (for the counselor's reference). The Educational plan must be the same one in your VA file at the VAO. Return the form to the VRC (accompanied by the Purple form, if no courses at SAC will be certified).
We will submit the form to the secondary school/s to be certified as a guest school. |

$46/per unit fee may be waived for eligible California residents who meet the income criteria per household. If you aren't eligible based on this simple form, please fill out the FAFSA application. It has a higher income ceiling which could make you be eligible.

Once the letter of approval is obtained by the student, submit the letter to the Financial Aid Office at SAC for processing.

| Certificate of Eligibility | Requests for copies of student eligibility documentation, i.e. Certificates of Eligibility, Award Letters, etc. must be made in writing by using the "Submit A Question" feature on the VA website, through postal mail, or facsimile. The VA regional office fax number is (918) 781-7863. No verbal requests for documentation can be accepted for security reasons. |

| VR&E Approvals through the Chapter 31 program are obtained through your VR&E Counselor. Please contact your assigned VR&E Counselor and ensure that they send the approvals to the Santa Ana College Vendor Code: 95269679901 Click here for Tungsten Information. Otherwise, it may be sent incorrectly to our sister college.
Approvals are submitted online directly through on online portal called Tungsten from the VR&E Counselor for the SAC school officials to access. |
