Grade Point Average (GPA): 2.0 (C grade average or equivalent)
English proficiency for non-native English speakers:
- TOEFL (DI Code D638): 450 PBT / 131 CBT / 45 iBT;
- Oxford ELLT: 5;
- IELTS: 5-5.5;
- Cambridge Exam PET: 150;
- CEFR: B2;
- Duolingo: 85; or,
- Successful completion of 1 year of coursework taught in English may be considered

A concurrent enrollment permission letter from your current college/university is required each semester you intend to enroll for course(s) at Santa Ana College. Please include the course name(s) and desired semester in the letter. Students who are currently enrolled at a language school are not be permitted to take part-time courses at Santa Ana College.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
| STEP 1 | Submit your CCCApply Application for the term you wish to begin your program at Santa Ana College. Please note your CCC ID number and login information for future reference. | | STEP 2 | Once your application is submitted successfully, you will receive: - A welcome message from the International Student Program with instructions and required documents information.
- An email from the Admission Office with a username and a temporary password to create your student account to upload the required documents.

Application Filing Period
Applications for admission to Santa Ana College will be processed on a rolling basis, meaning that once all documentation is received for admission, the application will be processed for the next available semester. To ensure that you are able to begin your program of study for your desired starting semester and to allow time to apply for your student visa, please submit your application and supporting documents by the preferred processing deadlines below. Please note that students who do not require a new visa application may require less time for preferred processing.
