What is ULink?

University Link (ULink) is a transfer success program where first-year students participate in a learning community focused on establishing academic and social support networks throughout their first year at Santa Ana College. This program is open to all students who are interested in transferring to any 4-year university and meet program eligibility.

Program Benefits

Participate in a learning community that is focused on your transfer success plan.
Dedicated academic counselors and faculty for your first year to assist you with your transition to college-level work/expectations.
SAC priority enrollment through Early Decision.
Educational planning appropriate for AA and transfer academic services.
Students can indicate they participated in ULink to support their application for transfer and scholarship opportunities.
Opportunity to participate in transfer related events like the UCI residential program Summer Scholars Transfer Institute (SSTI), the Northern Trip, and other college tours.

ULink Program Eligibility Requirements

First-year college students (contact us for any eligibility questions)
3.0 High School GPA
Interested in transferring to any university
Eligible for English 101 or English 101H (Fall)*
Eligible for English 103, English 103H, or History 124 (Spring)*

ULink Program Requirements

All students must:

Maintain full-time status (12 units or more) **Less than full-time enrollment may be considered for eligible DSPS students.
Meet with a ULink counselor at least once every semester to create/update an Educational Plan
Complete 50 hours of Service Learning
Complete transfer preparation courses within 3 years
Do not add or drop classes without talking to a ULink counselor
Attend all required ULink activities or events

In Person: Our office is located in the University Transfer Center, first-floor of the Administration "S" Building in S-110. Please visit us in person for assistance and information on all your transfer related needs.
