Paralegals will perform many of the tasks normally performed by an attorney. They will conduct research, interviews, take notes and prepare and file paperwork. A paralegal must work under the supervision of a licensed attorney and cannot work otherwise.
The paralegal program at SAC is approved by the American Bar Association. It is designed to prepare students to work as an assistant to a licensed attorney.
