Nutritionists and dieticians are responsible for creating nutrition plans for people that promote a healthy way of living. They will then monitor their patients to ensure that they are following their plan, and to make adjustments to their plan as needed. The steps to becoming a dietician are stricter then the steps for a nutritionist. That's because dieticians are also able to diagnose eating disorders and help plan meals to combat these disorders.
