Kinesiologists focus on the study of human movement. It will address how movement in the human body is effected by both physical and psychological stresses. A kinesiologist will work with people of all ages and backgrounds to lead them in exercises to regain and/or retain movement. These exercises may be stretches, strength training or cardio.
