In addition to the general education requirements, the associate
degree in automotive technology is designed to prepare students
for employment in modern automotive service and repair. Technical
instruction includes lecture and lab experiences in a variety of
automotive subjects which students may select according to their
interests. Employment opportunities are available at dealerships,
independent shops, and fleet services for both domestic and import
vehicles.
