The Associate in Arts in Economics for Transfer (A.A.-T in Economics) prepares students to move into the CSU system leading to a baccalaureate degree in Economics. Please consult a counselor regarding specific course requirements for your transfer institution. Completion of the Associate in Arts in Economics for Transfer (A.A.-T in Economics) also provides guaranteed admission with junior status to the CSU system, along with priority admission to the local CSU. Upon completion of the Associate in Arts in Economics for Transfer (A.A.-T in Economics), students will have demonstrated a general understanding of the academic standards expected of majors in the economic discipline.
