    This Stanford University Library page chronicles the development of the Macintosh,
    including counterculture and computing, early Mac, marketing and technical writing.

  • PDP Planet
    A web portal into Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's collection of vintage DEC mainframes and minicomputers from the 1970s and 1980s.  Visitors can request personal accounts on some still operating hardware and run programs, explore, and experience computing as it used to be.
