"Hello and welcome to the Criminal Justice Academies website.  Prior to starting my career as an instructor and Criminal Justice Academies Program Coordinator here at SAC, I held the position of Chief of Police for the city of South Gate where I retired after 31 years in the law enforcement field.  I have been with SAC in my present position since July 2000." - Mr. George Troxcil

 John Finch

John Finch is the Assistant Coordinator for the Criminal Justice Academies Program.  Prior to retiring from law enforcement, John served as the Chief of Police for the City of Downey.  As the Assistant Coordinator, John regularly meets with individuals interested in attending the Basic or Reserve Academies as independent recruits.

Santa Ana College has employed Cynthia since 1983.  She has dedicated her time and effort to student support services and has in-depth knowledge of college policies and procedures.  Cynthia has been entrusted with the Criminal Justice Academies office since 1998.
