Accommodations for Learning Disabilities Program

Services are offered to assist eligible students in successfully completing their classes:

Early registration and assistance
Extra time on tests & taking tests in a distraction reduced room
Textbooks on CD or MP3
Adaptive computer technology – such as programs that will read your books to you and voice recognition software that will type what you speak
Note-taking assistance (NCR carbon copy paper)
Tape recorders to record your lectures
Specialized English and math tutoring
Learning strategies training
Reduced course load counting as full time student status
Graduation requirement course substitution if determined necessary
Referral to other campus programs and services
Liaison to community agencies
