What is SSTI?

Experience UC Irvine by completing a class in only 10 days while living, eating, sleeping, and studying on campus.

Eligibility requirement

• Be a current Santa Ana College student
• Complete English 101 by the end of spring 2013
• Complete 24 transferable units by the end of Spring 2013
• Have a minimum transferable GPA of 2.75

Cost:

• $50 program fee
• Course fees ($46 per unit for California residents)
• Cost of textbook(s) and class material(s)

SSTI 2013 FAQs ​​​

​Dates:  Friday, July 26, 2013 to Sunday , August 4, 2013

Choose from one of the following classes:

Earth Science 110                    Introduction to Earth Science

English 103                             Critical Thinking and Writing

Communication Studies 102     Public Speaking 

One additional unit will be earned by taking Counseling 111, Learning Skills Development

**NOTE:  If accepted into the program participants are expected to attend a mandatory orientation on Thursday, June 13th.
