Students may obtain an official transcript of records by filing in person, accessing the web, or mailing a request to the Admissions and Records Office.

Only current students with records after SPRING 1996 can access their unofficial transcript by logging into Self-Service. Go to "Academics" and click on "Unofficial Transcript".

1. ORDER YOUR TRANSCRIPT ONLINE

Santa Ana College has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders online via a secure website. The PDF transcript that is produced using the service contained the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as alternated by uploading the file to the company website that is provided during the delivery process.

First time users need to create a Parchment account. If you have any questions while placing an order, visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to support your needs.
