Leadership Basics, part 2 is offered in the Fall semester.

NOTE: You may take Part II even if you haven't taken Part I.

Directing/Facilitating a Conference​ Class The Leadership Conference

This course is offered each semester and culminates in producing an actual conference for RSCCD students and employees. You will not only learn how to plan, organize, direct, and facilitate a professional conference, but you will actually do it.

What will you learn?


 Setting an agenda
 Delegation of responsibility
 Recruiting guest speakers
 Public Relations (flyers, etc.)
 Proper registration process
 Room layout, management
 Director/facilitator skills
 and More

All are welcome to attend the Leadership conference ! This DYNAMIC  Conference is lead by CEC Leadership Students! 

 Expect dynamic keynote speakers and quality workshops on a wide range of subjects and interests to students and the public.
