What is a Black Hole 2.0

Curiosity's_Sky_Crane_Maneuver.jpg

We recently revamped our “What is a Black Hole?” show and made it even better.

Explore the universe’s most exotic objects and the mysteries of the life and death of stars. Why do some stars shrink into white dwarves? Why do other stars destroy themselves in cataclysmic supernovas? And find out which stars are destined to become the most irresistible force in the universe, the enigmatic black hole? Discover what happens when you try to enter a black hole—watch as an intrepid space explorer becomes “spaghettified! “

“What is a Black Hole?” covers California science curriculum material as well, such as the nature of planets in the solar system, the connection of planetary orbits with how we calculate time, the importance of gravity, the speed of light and other basic astronomical and physical science concepts.

Contact our reservationist and ask for the Black Hole show when you make your reservations. Call 714-564-6356 for reservations and more information.
