legal assistant this coming year. I am looking for a recent or soon to be
graduate that is bilingual. This is an entry level position. I've been

is seeking a Senior Compliance professional to join their team due to growth.
Will assist in monitoring employee compliance specific to
firm’s Code of Ethics
Will focus on review/analysis of
gifts/entertainment/relationships/business requiring disclosure for conflicts
of interest as well as maintaining internal submission/reporting system
Will also do New Hire and Quarterly/Annual Compliance
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of financial services
Prior experience with pre-approving gifts and entertainment,
outside business activities and political activities required
Would consider someone with a paralegal background that has
worked in investment management and is familiar with political contribution
laws, general conflicts of interest associated with investment management and
gifts and entertainment state and local laws
Familiarity with code of ethics rules would be a strong plus
