A certificate program designed for interpreters. The business community in Orange County needs bilingual interpreters and translators to satisfy the community needs and Constitutional mandates that require certified bilingual interpreter services to courts, victims, and defendants for arraignments, pretrials, preliminary hearings, depositions, trials, witnesses statements, etc. Government and private industry need interpreters to service the growing Spanish population demand in Orange County in the medical, legal, and general business areas.
