1.01 PHASE 1 WORK SEQUENCE
Phase 1: February 13, 2012 through May 14, 2012 (90 Days Duration)
a. All site work within Phase 1 Site Phasing / Logistics Plan attached.
b. Cul de Sac Improvements, expansion of Parking lot #12.
c. City of Santa Ana street improvements “outside” of Cul de Sac improvements on 15th Street and Martha Lane, City property.
d. College Avenue street work from Martha Lane Cul de Sac to the north side of 15th street.
e. Masonry walls at south end of Soccer Field
f. Including site utilities, Electrical, Storm Drain detention basin.
g. Landscaping and Irrigation systems on College ave.
1.02 PHASE 2 WORK SEQUENCE
Phase 2: May 14, 2012 through November 14, 2012 (180 Days Duration)
a. Site improvements including balance of College Avenue street re-alignment from the intersection of 17th Street southerly to join work completed in 1st phase @ 15th Street.
b. Signalization upgrades @ College ave and 17th Street
c. Includes re-alignment of 15” Sewer main line from 17th street south to 15th street to follow new alignment of College ave.
d. Improvements along 17th Street Easterly from College Ave including Masonry walls / Iron fencing.
e. Football field Bleacher systems.
f. Masonry walls and Iron fencing on 17th Street east of College ave to OCTA bus stop.
g. Masonry walls and Iron fencing on College ave from 17th street south to Campus road.
h. Storage Building on north east corner of track

i. Restrooms on the south/west end of the football field.
j. Installation of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems for restrooms
k. Site work / utilities, Electrical, Storm drain and low voltage systems
l. Landscaping and Irrigation systems on 17th street and College ave
1.03 PHASE 3 WORK SEQUENCE
Phase 3: November 15, 2012 through May 15, 2013 (180 Days Duration)
a. All site work within phase 3 Site Phasing / Logistics Plan attached.
b. Soccer Field / Drainage systems
c. Bleacher systems
d. Restrooms/concession and storage buildings adjacent to Soccer field.
e. Team Canopies, restrooms and bench systems.
f. Installation of Electrical , Mechanical and Plumbing systems for restrooms
g. Masonry walls and Iron fencing surrounding the new Soccer field
h. Soccer netting
i. Site lighting / Electrical
j. Coordination with SCE and AT&T for re-location of existing overhead utilities to new underground location.
k. Installation of new storm drain systems
l. Parking lot #13 improvements
m. Landscaping and Irrigations systems adjacent to Soccer Field.
